Stinging sensation while urination
Hello,
I had a laser fistula surgery in last June month. After surgery, i had been put catheter for approx 12 hours. After removing the catheter, i had no concerning symptoms. But after few days, i started experiencing mild burning pain while urination but the flow was good. Now since 20,25 days, i have been experiencing some needle like pain or sometimes burning while urination. It's not frequent but having urge to urinate. After urination also, i feel like little urine left over in my penis. I had undergone urinalysis which was fine and no infection was there. please advise what should i do.

Give some time it will settle
It's just catherter induced urethritis.
