Stiffness between the rib cage and below

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I am facing constant stiffness between the rib cage and below that area, having cough and sometimes it feels like everything is coming up through my mouth. I am also having gastric problems, my main concern is the stiffness that i am having. kindly suggest what is the cause of the stiffness.
