Sticky scrotum and penis not retractable
Even after I have a bath my scrotum sticks to itself and the thighs. I constantly have to separate it out for better movement.
And also my foreskin does not retract back fully. Ive noticed that the opening is very small whereas my penis head is a bit bigger.
