Formation of sticky mucus in throat which has a slight grey tinge in it, like dirt.
I have already visited ent specialist did a ct scan as well, report said that there a mucus build up in nose. So i was given medicine for sinus, but this problem is still not getting better. Can this be underlying cause for something serious?

Greyish tinge most likely is due to inhalation of vehicle emissions. Gets thicker with less water intake. An infective/allergic sinus disease needs to be ruled out with further tests.
