Last year , because of hairfall doctor gave me betnesol forte 10 mg which was steroid medicine and suddenly i came through it i had no idea at that time what was that . I don't even remember whether i took it or not . If i have taken that for 20 days will it harm me ? Please tell me I am really scared if it will harm me in future in any way
