I have 2 questions:
1)I took Medrol 16 mg which is a steroid for 3 days. And stopped it after 3 days.Does it require tapering?After stopping it I am feeling itchiness and body pains if I touch my body.
2)I have given my baby MMR+OPV(live vaccine) on Saturday and from Sunday morning iam on medrol 16 mg for 3 days I.e Tuesday.I stopped it after 3 days as I have depression.So I was in contact with my baby who was live vaccinated when I am on steroid.So is there any danger of me getting infected with the vaccine related infection as iam always in close contact with my baby.My question is will I be infected not baby.plz reply tha k you.

With regard to your 1st question, no need to taper as it is for shorter duration. Body pains and itching not exactly related to medrol. Can be due to general allergic reaction to injection. It gets resolved by its own. If itching is more you can take Tab Relent 10mg at night.
With regard to your 2nd question, no risk of acquiring infection. Stay calm. Thank you

Yes it reqires tapring .should not stop at random and for icchching we can give other medications .
