Hello dear.. R u having covid + or u tested positive? taking self medication for no reason is no sense... if u doing for safer side...so u should consult for that

No need of turmeric in steam inhalation.. Plain steam or with karvol plus will do

If you are putting turmeric in your steam do not do that Instead use - KARAVOL PLUS caps / VICKS
