Extropia on right eye. right eye power around -4. left eye -7.
When I look around the eyes move but right eye stays upward/outward. Also I guese I am only watching using my left eye. i can see using my right eye when i focus on using it. but then left eye turns little downwards.
Note: i had an operation 10 years ago. Results were not 100% correct. And i was not able to use both of my eyes together.

If your left eye is amblyopic then even after cosmetic surgery you are likely to have squint when looking on extreme sides.
