for Candida you can use fenza pessary vaginally at bed time ..for staphylococus check what your culture sensitivity report says  and depending on which one is a safe in pregnancy will have to be prescribed .It is best to get treated immediately as uti and vaginal infection can lead to preterm labour preterm rupture of membranes and other complications .
