My niece Shreya is 3 yr old. Have broken her front top 2 baby teeth. She is started stammering while speaking, while starting some sentence to speak or talk.
Is it because of broken teeth?
Do we need to see a pediatrician or an speech and language therapist (SLT)?

HELLO,
CONSULT YOUR PEDIATRICIAN, SO THAT HE EXAMINE BUCCAL CAVITY.
IT MAY BE DUE TO MISSING TEETH.
IF PEDIATRICIAN ADVISE THAN ONLY GO TO SPEECH THERAPIST.
O.K, BYE.
