My nephew faces problem while talking, he stretches every word very long, like it is very difficult for him to speak out every word.. he is having this problem since his childhood. Also his mouth is always full with lot of saliva.

Hello.......Stammering
is typically recognised by a tense struggle to pronounce words ...Speech and language therapy has proved to be most effective .Its bit difficult for adults.. There is no one day or few weeks treatment to cure stammering. he must be conscious of his words. With the patience and persistence hecan win over it . take him to speech therapist.
