  3. Stammering. The cause of my stammering?

I'm 21 year old male, and I've been stammering since 9-10 years of age. I stutter mostly when I'm nervous and I have a tied tongue. My frenulum is attached to the extreme of distal part of my tongue. Is it the cause of my stammering ?
