SSHL and tinnitus

Asked for Male, 21 Years

One mnth before i diognised with severe SSHL after few days of tablets severe hearing loss came to Moderate and after its few days its between moderate and mild...but tinnitus is increasing and decreasing day by day...i m on strict ..Cognitin+Tinnex(4 tbs a day)+vitamin dose...will this both be cured fully??
