Only using left eye for vision.
Q 1. To correct the pattern - How many muscles Need to be operated?
Q 2. Will there be any complications? If yes then what?
Q 3. Is it advisable for surgery with any possible complications?

A. Number of muscles depends on amount of squint which is assessed with prism bar cover test
B. It is very safe surgery.... complications are less common
C. Surgery is advisable and only treatment
