Spotting with a vinegar smell.

I had a pill abortion done 3 weeks ago. I was on Flagyl the week prior for a bacterial infection. Note: I had taken 2 treatments of Flagyl since January for the same problem, BV. About 4 days after my abortion I made a dumb decision and had unprotected sex with a new partner who is now my boyfriend. I developed a horrible smell again, was diagnosed with a yeast infection this past Friday. I took Diflucan yesterday and am now having light pink, bright red, light brown spotting, with a horrible sour smell. This smell only accompanies the bloody discharge, before I had a different smelling discharge. Any recommendations? I have no insurance at the moment but this is extremely embarassing and is making me extremely nervous at all times.
