Spotting before periods

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am 27 years married female,my lmp was jan 30 (28 days cycle)and from last 4 days i am having headache,giddiness,stomach ache and from yesterday night little spotting ,first i tought it might be begining of menstruation,but its not getting heavier,only few drops spotting, what may be the reason?
