Spotting after intercourse. Like to ask!

I would like to ask regarding about my health condition. I am 27 years old and my last0 menstrual period was from March 21-27, 2017 (32 days cycle). I was also taking my first pack of oral contraceptives (21 pills with 7 days off). I took the first pill last march 21 at 8:00pm. I am aware that spotting is one of the side effects of the pill. There where days that I failed to take it at the exact time (30 mins to 1 hour late). Last April 9, I had unprotected intercourse with my fiance and that day I also discontinue the pills. Prior to intercouse, my vaginal discharge was eggwhite and stretchy. The following day, I had a discharge of egg white but with little streak of blood (not bright red) and stretchy, it was odorless. Days after, Ive been experience spotting which is watery but quite stretchy and odorless this occurs mostly un the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. I also experience breast tenderness, and cramps. Is the spotting related to the pill or pregnancy?
