Spotting after 2 weeks of period
I had my period 16-20 July, today 1st August, u saw some blood spots on my panty liner after exercise. What will be the possible cause? Note: I have started lifting weights today after long time of a month.

If you are sexually active than you will have to go to a Gynaecologist for clinical examination and if you are not involved in sexual activity than there is nothing to worry
