Spots on face hair

Asked for Male, 26 Years

At my face some (3) pink spots occurred 4 month ago. Because of this disease complete loss of hair at my face, Where spots May be its "Alopecia areata" and fungal infection I had consulted skin specialist (Allopathy) and taken medicines and lotion for 3-4 months but no result. And than I consulted Ayurveda doctor but again no result found in 15 days. Please suggest any ayurvedic medicines or guide me what can I do???
