I have many spot on face last 1 year . Please give me advice for treatment . It is either infection or something else. I have used many home made treatment but no improvement.

Hello....... Is it pimple or some rash.. Local examination is required to comment on it.. If it's acne scar ,there are many effective acne treatments.But it doesnot mean that virtually every case of acne can be controlled.. if your looking for chemical peel or laser technique consult dermatologist
