Spot of blood and itchy vagina

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Had cs 4months agoand after d normal blood flow which stopped 2months ago. Recently from last week when I urinate n cleaning myself I see spot of blood and my vagina itches as well. Want to know if it’s normal or will need it checked. Thanks
