Spot below left testicle

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I had hair follicutilus as suggested by dr. On practo, i applied mupirocin ointment for 10 days Regularly and after it today i observed the area it is something bluish in color. Its not paining nor its discharging anything but i m worried please help m out. Im attaching a pic of my left testicle
