Spondylodiscitis probable tuberculosis
Mam, I am very depressed because my own mindly tension. Pl help me mam. The reason of this tension are, I suffering for backpack before 6 month. Many Dr treat me. But I can't understand my progress of my illness. Mam I brief you then Pl you dissension me. I am 37 yrs old male. I am already done 10 to 15 types of blood test. One type of blood test name "BLOOD BONE VIRUS SCREEN". Which reports are Hiv = Negative, Hbv = Negative, Hcv = Negative. Here is my first question. 1. Mam may I clear to Hiv? After that MRI done report are d10 - d11 bone infective. Niddle Biopsy done reports are one came in after 2 month other 2 are nil and Dr said 1 report are tuberculosis. Then Dr said it's spondylodiscitis probable tuberculosis, and started the tuberculosis medicine. But Infection disease Doctor seen my whole report but she told me tuberculosis is not clear this report. I started this medicine before 31 days. My second questions are b. Mam Pl tell me about my treatment?

You seem to have tuberculosis of vertebrae by MRI and biopsy report . You should continue with anti tubercular drugs as advised. Coarse of treatment is6-9 mths please don't miss the doses and consult your doctor regularly. A proper follow up is important.
