Spondylo degenerative changes lumbar spine with compression neuropathy at l5-s1 Ap diameter 8mm Physiotherapy Done no relief Epidural steroid injections 1 month completed no relief Pain is still in left leg and sometimes also shooting pain in right leg Situation of pain is not much not less What should I do and when and how it will resolve??

Lumbar disc diseases and prolapsed disc usually at L5S1 can be conserved unless and until you try all types of conservative treatment for the same , If no relief from the epidural steroids or physiotherapist, Endoscopic spine surgery can be done at your age without any side effects or risks, as the canal diameter is less than 10 mm , you will get benefit with minimal invasive spine surgery

While sleeping you can use pillow under the knee to get relief from pain.

Maintain spine in straight posture and Avoid forward bending and lifting weights Physiotherapy back IFT and ULTRASONIC THERAPY and strengthening exercises Sleep on Hard couch and avoid pillow under head and use it under knees Weight reduction of your BMI is high Medication Consult orthopaedician
