Pediatrician suggested to use junior lanzol 30mg tablet (1/3rd of tablet twice a day) for my two month old baby for spitting up the milk like curdy... Can I use the tablet or is there any side effects..plz suggest

Spitting little milk 2-3 times/day is normal

Burp after the feed for 15-20 minutes. Feed on demand
