How will i distunguish between normal healthy spit up made my two month old and one which is not like vomit. My baby after breast feeding spits up often sometimws heavy sometimes light, but after spit up he is calm and in playful mood, sometimes when he is unable to burp or spit he cries, but after that he is happy. His weight gain and urination is normal mainly on breast feeding but takes formula at times. So how will i know the spit up is normal, sometime sit is curd like he spits twice or thrice afteer feed and sometimes the milk, is this overfeeding or gas?
