I have many pblms from 2-3 year's Back pain and neck pain Hands and nech shaking some times Recently from 8 months I'm forgotting previous things ex. Persons name,routes,study etc I'm not able to speak like before I can't show interest in anything nowa days Full fearness My heart beating fast with some noise inside I can't climb 10 steps also my knee was getting energy less I smoke 7-8 cigerates per day I'm a job seeker I'm not doing any work from last year

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Smoking is definitely starting to affect you. You are not working but you are still having money to smoke, it amuses me. Quit smoking before things get worse. Tab. Health ok once a day after food for a month. Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.
