Spine pain last 4 year.
I'm have suffering the spaine pain for last 4 year, I have consult of many doctor also I have done all test. but problem day by day increase no relife. please suggest me what I do for out of this condition.

Got ur concern n its uncortunate too, its also true such vataj issues difficult to manage but Ayurveda has potential through panchkarma n Rasayan Therapy so consult Ayurvedic dr for further management till then add to ur routine while sleeping breath 8,16,32 on supine, right lateral, left lateral.. apply mix of coconut oil n camper on palm,feet,unbilicus n matha head, if u have any Q feel free to communicate

Hello.. Have you got MRI spine done...I think you will need to get it done and then you will need physiotherapy also for it...sometimes test only will heal but need to evaluate you
