Spinalcord injury d11&d12
My wife has faced an accident and got fractured her d11 & d12 of spinal cord without any nerve compression.she is able to walk after wearing a brace. It's been 4 months but still the pain is there and sometimes it gets excess. If she walks or sits with the braces for long she gets a fatigue sensation in the back

Please review with neurosurgeon for medications and continue with proper physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Start with spirometer(romson) as wel to strengthen her lung capacity and get normal breathing pattern. Use precautions during walking and travelling.
