Spinal vertebrae fusion by birth

Question

Asked for Male, 21 Years

So I have this condition where my hips are unstable that it makes the spine also unstable, it keeps on coming even after getting accidentally fixed sometimes . In X ray report from lateral view , it was found that I have my one vertebrae infused inside sacrum or something and preventing movement. I have been to so many doctors but no body gave me a perfect answer to this condition.
