I am spilling blood in the early morning. I have weak gums ,initially I thought it w
as gum issue. But nowadays I am having headache and respiration problem. Surfing net gives indication towards sinus problem.
Can someone give me someone briefing and cure for this please.

Most common cause for bleeding from mouth is gum related and you should surely consult Dentist before consulting any other specialist. If you have nasal block, discharge from nose, heaviness of head, then surely you should consult nearby ENT specialist for complete examination of your nose. If required you need to undergo diagnostic nasal endoscopy and ct scan
