My sperms releasing automatically when in sleep and in morning hours at thinking sexual things also my sperms releasing automatically.why sir please help me. Any dangerous to me because my age is 20yrs only. I give satisfaction to my partner in future marriage.? Last 2years I mastrubated daily once and I got UTI infection last year and perfect now.but this year January to present day also my sperms releasing automatically in this 3months on words.help me sir to get rid.
