Hello I have a pea size spermocle in the head of my epididymis that's in constant pain how often are surgeries successful to relieve pain thank you

Spermatocele does not cause pain. Donot keep on pressing it. If causes pain, wear scrotal support during day time, take any pain killer tab. If pain persist,. May opt for surgery.
