The term "Spermatorrhiea" refers to passing sperms in urine. It happens when a person doesn't masturbate , or indulge in sexual activity for a long period.
Many a time, a sticky colourless liquid is secreted when a male gets sexually excited. This is wrongly considered to be spermatorrhoea. Many people think passing this will cause loss of strength, as vital ingredients are lost. THIS IS AN ENTIRELY WRONG CONCEPT; THIS MISCONCEPTION IS KNOWN TO CAUSE PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS LIKE MENTAL DEPRESSION AND A FEELING PHYSICALLY WEAK.
Next Steps
Your physical weakness may be due to some other cause, or psychological. The cracking sound while sitting and standing action needs to be investigated.
Health Tips
Consume nutricious diet, exercise regularly. Consult an orthopaedician for the crackling that you have mentioned.

Where do u get the word spermatorrhea. Mostly through internet i guess. What u are saying ,in most of the case is normal. Nightfall is a pretty normal way to get rid of accumulated semen. But if a person masturbate regularly he wont experience nightfall. If ur mind is filled with doubts , its better to consult a psychiatrist.
Next Steps
ejaculation can never make a person weak enough to complain.. if that would have been the case newly married people couldnt walk.
