Sperm not released
Hi Doctor,
I'm 21yr. I recently found that I'm not able to release sperm while masturbation, although 3days before my sperm released when I was sleeping in the daytime, as I my job hours are 9.30pm to 6.30am. I'm staying in a PG. Where in not able to have a proper diet.
Sperm is about to come but it stops inside.
Can you please tell me the problem.

Are you taking any other medicine esp for ureteric stone as some medicine cause retrograde ejaculation
