Hi Sir, In December 2025 : - My Sperm Count : 5 million - Motility : 10% - Morphology: 90% - Liquefaction: Satisfactory Due to this report, I have consult doctor so doctor  provided below tables for 3 months - Tab. Fertyl M 25 mg - 90 - Tab. Trazer M Forte - 180 After 3 months by taking above tablets In *March 2026* again i tested semen analysis - Sperm Count : 17.9 Million - Motility : 20% - Morphology : 80% - *Unsatisfactory Liquification* Again followed 3 months tablets from doctor - Cap. Lineator - 90 - Tab. Tamodex10mg - 180 After 3 months recently Again tested, *In June 2026 :* - Sperm Count : 32 Million - Motility : 30% - Morphology : 90% - *Unsatisfactory Liquification* Currently no tablets taking If you see overall, - Sperm count has increased - Motility is at boundary - and mainly liquefaction is unsatisfactory more than 1hr So I have Query that , 1. how to improve motility of sperm 2. How to reduce sperm liquification time
