Sperm going out when asleep
I am getting nervous now. Its been my third day that I keep on releasing sperm while I am asleep. Is this normal? On this third day I just dreamt about a dragon but still I dont know why I ejaculated. Hope for an answer here since I'm ashamed to go to the hospital about this matter because I'm still 15.

It occurs in males who acheive puberty.
It is very common in males who have abstinence from masturbations and sexual intercourse
