Sperm discharge problem
Sir,am 19 years old.i used to do maturbution two or three times in a week but the sperm is not released.
But at night it falls atomatically with out maturbution ,so please give suggestion for this to slove my Problem,thank you.

It occurs in males who acheive puberty.
