Sperm discharge after wiping
For the last few months, esp in the mornings, I go to the bathroom. When I go to wipe, a lot of sperm, or looks like sperm comes out. My testicles and penis kind of hurts for a little while afterward.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
First get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management to know what it is and then it can be treated.
You will needs a few tests also.
Don't take it lightly.
The discharge may not be semen at all.
