Sperm count
My wife suffered two miscarriages.All the test refer by gynecologist ,no problem detected only she thyroid problem but taking medicine regularly it is now under control.
Now she is not conceiving since last miscarriage in March 2015.Doctor advised me for semen analysis says sperm count 22m/ml. what is the remedy?

U can follow her with follicular scan for egg / follicle development, for the sperm count, u both can plan Iui to improve success. Iui- intra uterine insemination, consult your gynecologist
