  4. Sperm count less (2. 5 mil) Suggest me.

Sperm count less(2.5 mil)
Hi, I have problm with less sperm count. Reports attached. Sprem FSH is 14.40mlU/ml. Doctor suggesting to go for IVF. He has told, testicles are soft and small and medication may further reduce count. Please anyone suggest me.
