Sperm come our after sex
After having a sex with my wife all the sperm come out from vagina...we want a baby now so I have a doubt if the sperm came out how can she get pregnant...

Hello there.
Some of the sperms come out and its normal. Not all the sperms will be required to make a baby. Only 1 sperm is enough. One drop of semen contains a lot of sperms, so If your sperms are motile enough and healthy, then its OK if they come out a little.
