Specific gravity in urine

Hi all, I had a stinging pain in my bladder region in the morning so I went to the doctor. The doctor did urine analysis and everything was normal except for specific gravity which was 1.005. I have been drinking 4 litres of water everyday for the past one month. Could this low specific gravity be because of that.

Hello, I underwent for a complete urine examination since I was asked by my employer for complete medical check up.Everything was within normal limits, however the specific gravity was 0.025 which is way below normal. As of my knowledge no liquid has so low specific gravity. I guess it is a faulty calculation or can so low values exist? Please help
