Hi, My son aged 2 years 4 months, normal boy, Saying Amma Appa papa mama aunty uncle thatha aatha car crow , tamil letters from அ to ஃ. He is understanding what others saying, but everyone teasing my son for unable to speak fluently,, may I know the reason? How many words does 2yrs 4 months baby speak?
