Speaking problem
My nephew is 2.5 years old but has not started speaking anything. He even doesn't pay attention if we try to teach him speaking. He is very stubborn and start shouting for anything he wants to get. Also he doesn't tell about toilet and motions. Please suggest what should we do and does he need any counselling or therapy?

Yes he require attention as early as possible by a child neurologist. May be early signs of autism.
