Spasmatic pain in large intestine.

Widal test was positive on 31 march 2021. Took CEFI O with B conplex by doctor and relief was there. later extreme spasmatic pain in large intestines started, on 23 march ultrasound showed symmetrical circumferential bowel wall thickening of rectum. Liver shape diffusely increased echogenicity. grade 1/2 fatty liver. took DROTIKIND M anf relief was there. again the pain started to reoccur since yesterday evening and today morning, I was feeling vertigo while sleeping. Appetite is poor. i have test reports with me. (Since one month, continuous Homeopathic medicines are being taken.) my history has been of morning acidity, unable to eat solid food even when hungry since more than 2 years. for last 4 months, even with very less food intake, stomach fat has increased. before that, i was underweight for years.
