Sparm count , prematuration,penic enlarg

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have low sparm count. My sparm is not strong for fertility. When i am doing sex the prematuration condition occours and also problem with penic inlargement. So plz help me what can l do.

Hello Regarding sperm count and fertility you can only comment after a semen analysis test. A sample shall be given after at least 72 hrs of abstinence from sex. If premature ejaculation and erection problem is there then it can be treated. Just consult a sexologist in person for evaluation and treatment.
