Sour burps and smelly feaces
Dear Doctor,
I'm Kishore 32 years male, from Thursday evening I had sore thoart unable to glup and fever. Fever subsided within two days and some sort of relief form sore throat, but my concern is from the next day on onset of fever and sore throat, I'm feeling sour burping and smelly poop, which was ongoing, I'm concerned abot the issue, pls advise me with your value suggestion, thanking you a lot in Advance.

You are suffering from viral flu ,it can aggrevate the gastric issues,so don't worry,will settle with passage of time,mean time take symptomatic treatment
