Sores with white plugs that dont heal

Im getting sores and they take forever to heal i see big white plugs that multiply in numbers i have to remove them w my Nail's and alot of times they sink back in to pores. Im devistated within 2 months my face and body went from gorgeous to disgusting. 36 yr old female
