Sore throat
I had sore throat since 19 Jan to 31st after which I was prescribed samproz 40 and Acetylcysteine 600. But when I returned back to home on 6th I again started feeling pain in right side of my throat while swallowing and at times even at ear I felt the pinching kind of pain. I used to smoke 1-2 cig a day but left after 19th only. I'm at my hometown where there is no ent specialist and I'm here upto 20th Feb. Kindly help me and suggest something. Anything much to worry about? I can see red lines and 2-3 ulcers also on back side (throat) of my mouth using flash light since 19th only. Also I've attached the photo of my throat kindly suggest something.

Your throat is congested and it is suggestive of acute infection known as pharyngitis. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
